Fun facts: spends the most time in traffic out of all teachers. First one to come, last one to leave. Strict and fair. The rock of this school.

Fun Facts: I’m married to my best friend Alex and we have 3 beautiful children! I love Holland lop bunnies. I love anything crafty or artsy: I love drawing in my Bible journal, baking, sewing, crocheting, and painting! I work in the teens ministry at my church. My favorite tv show is The Chosen. I love to read and listen to audiobooks. (One year I read over 65 books! If you ever need a book recommendation, just ask.)

I like to spend my free time playing guitar and writing songs, taking long walks, hiking, making crafts, drawing, reading, baking, exploring different areas and towns, and visiting quaint coffee shops and bookstores.
Fun Fact: I lived in Germany for six years because my parents were missionaries there. I write my own music and perform whenever I get the chance.
I love outdoors and anything music-related. I also love hiking, reading books and having wonderful conversations with good friends.

Ginger Clausen
2nd Grade
This is my 14th year teaching in a Christian school and my 7th at SMCA. I served as a weekly director for Eagle Fern Camp for five summers, and I’ve taught Sunday school for preschool through sixth grade for many years. I’ve been married for 35 years and we have five kids- four grown and one in elementary school.
I love exploring God’s creation and have camped all over Oregon, from Fort Stevens on the north coast to Prineville in central Oregon for star gazing, to a fire lookout cabin atop a mountain in southern Oregon.
Favorite Bible passage: Isaiah 41:9-14.
